As part of our recent group consolidation program, our sister company PASS Technologies AG was taking over the complete portfolio of Xeronics’ software products and software engineering / system integration activities as per 1.1.2012, including our M2M and Remote Service Business portfolio. All products will be further developed and maintained, serviced and supported by PASS.
Xeronics future activities will focus on projects development and management consulting services.
