Xeronics started in July 2007 developing the ODIS software product suite. The company was formed based on a spin-off from PASS Technologies AG (www.pass.ch), equipped with long term experience in the life science process automation market. Xeronics AG officially incorporated in January 2008. Further professionals and partners from different IT market segments joined the company to mutually implement various product solutions around the innovative ODIS data extraction & unification concept.
